Privacy policy

When you send the enquiry form, I receive your name, email, phone number, type of business and what you wrote. I use that to reply to you and to work out whether I can help.

When you book a call, Cal.com handles the booking and I receive the details you enter there.

This site uses Vercel Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use advertising cookies or sell your data to anyone.

When you comment on one of my posts to get a link, my tool reads your comment and your Instagram username so it can reply and send you that link by message.

If you send a message to an Instagram account I run, my tools receive that message and anything attached to it, such as a Reel you forwarded. My personal Reel tool only works on messages from accounts I own, and it ignores messages from everyone else.

I use trusted services to run this work: Vercel for hosting, n8n and Google Workspace for automation and records, Cal.com for bookings, Meta for Instagram messages, and Anthropic's Claude to read and write text. They only receive what they need to do their part.

I don't sell personal information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

I keep enquiries and messages for as long as I need them to reply to you or do the work we agreed on. After that, I delete them unless I have to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Email info@ishaninit.com and tell me which name, email address or Instagram username to look for, and I'll take care of it.
